St Stephens Basilica
St. Stevens Basilica is a World Heritage Site in Budapest, Hungary. On this day, there was a display set up in St. Stephens Square for a major movie launch, so our shooting options were limited. We walked around and found this vantage point, which allowed us to get a good shot.
I have a personal link to this basilica with my uncle having been an engineer responsible for the restoration of this century-old landmark.
I used Generative Fill in Photoshop to take out some power lines and a couple of other small distractions, but the main strategy to avoid distractions was to get up early and beat the crowds of downtown Budapest and to find a vantage point that minimised the distractions.
